1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for Ecom Solutions SaaS products, including YourTranscript and DZ-Ads. It outlines your rights and our obligations regarding refunds for subscription fees paid to Ecom Solutions.
This policy does not apply to any free or trial-tier services.
2. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 14-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription payment.
- Service outages: If our Services experience a significant, documented outage (more than 24 consecutive hours) that we are unable to resolve, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.
- Accidental duplicate charges: If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full.
After the 14-day window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as described above.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at hello@ecomsolutionsdz.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request.
- Include your payment confirmation or order number if available.
We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. If your request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method via Dodo Payments.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees after the 14-day refund window has passed
- Partial months of service (unless due to a service outage as described above)
- Fees for add-ons or one-time purchases, unless otherwise specified
- Subscriptions cancelled mid-term (access continues until the end of the billing period)
- Usage of the Services during the refund window that indicates substantial use of the product
5. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer and is generally between 3 and 10 additional business days.
Refunds are issued in the same currency and to the same payment method used for the original purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution.
