1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Ecom Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any of our services, including YourTranscript and DZ-Ads (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Services

Ecom Solutions provides AI-powered SaaS tools designed for content creators, marketers, and e-commerce businesses. Our current products include:

• YourTranscript — an AI-powered transcription service that converts social media video content into accurate, timestamped text.
• DZ-Ads — an AI ad creative generator tailored for the Algerian and MENA market, supporting Darija, Arabic, and French.

Additional products may be added to the Services over time. Features described as “Coming Soon” are not yet available and are subject to change.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

To access paid features of our Services, you must create an account. You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are found to be fraudulent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
• Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, abusive, or illegal content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software
• Use automated means to access or scrape the Services without our written permission
• Resell, sublicense, or distribute our Services without authorization

5. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Access to paid features of our Services is offered on a subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual) as selected at the time of purchase.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our authorized payment processor. By providing your payment information, you authorize Dodo Payments to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' written notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, and technology comprising the Services are owned by Ecom Solutions or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Services (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Outputs generated by the Services (e.g., transcriptions, ad copy) are provided for your use, subject to any restrictions applicable under applicable law.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ecom Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algeria.
